Oral Histories and Profiles have been collected over the years through in-person interviews and e-mail questionnaires and recollections developed by the Historic Preservations Committee. This collection helps to document some of the history of Mountain Lakes and highlight those who have contributed to our borough and the lives of its residents. Laker Profiles Live along with the Oral Histories and Profiles project is a collaborative effort of the Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) and the Communication Committee. This project is a continuing effort to document those who have contributed to the borough through their volunteerism, work in the schools, borough offices, town government, or in any other capacities throughout the town.
