This appointment is for an MVC Mobile Unit Event. Please be aware that issues outside of MVC control may cause the event to be cancelled. Make sure you check your email prior to heading to the appointment. If you are not able to make your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so we can help another customer. Failing to come to your visit without canceling could affect your ability to schedule future visits. You understand each person must have their own scheduled visit, duplicate bookings will be canceled and bookings made with an invalid email address or phone number will be canceled.
