The Mountain Lakes High School Football Team is once again volunteering to give back to the community on

Saturday, October 15^th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Who:      All Senior Citizen Residents in Mountain Lakes and Boonton Township

What:     ML Football Players come to your home to help with your household chores: change lightbulbs or batteries in smoke detectors, help with yard work, move boxes or other items, etc.

When:    Saturday, October 15^th  – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Jay Thomas – The Origins of Space X.  Mr. Thomas spoke in the spring at the library as well.  His presentation was wildly popular, so we asked him to come again!

Arlene Ferris-Waks –Complaints and Investor Outreach, New Jersey Bureau of Securities, Office of the New Jersey Attorney General – Discussing scams targeted at Senior Citizens.

All invited for a Holiday Concert.

Hum to a joyful mix of holiday tunes, from “Do You Hear What I Hear?“ and “Hanukkah Shalom” to the novelty tune “Fruitcake,” as sung by the 16-member University Women’s Chorale. The group is the only singing group among 22 AAUW-NJ branches

Linda Barth – The Garden State: Where Ideas Grow” – Based on her book, A History of Inventing in New Jersey: From Thomas Edison to the Ice Cream Cone, this program by Linda J. Barth explores groundbreaking, useful, fun, and even silly inventions and their New Jersey roots.
