During remote meetings members of the public will be given an opportunity to make comments by audio or by audio and video during the public comment periods noted on the agenda and during public hearings on ordinances. Additionally, in advance of the public meeting, public comments may be submitted by electronic mail or in written letter form to the Acting Borough Clerk by 8am on the date of the meeting.   Public comments submitted through electronic mail or written letter before the remote public meeting will be read aloud and addressed during the remote public meeting in a manner audible to all meeting participants and the public listening that during remote meetings members of the public will be given an opportunity to make comments by audio or by audio and video during the public comment periods noted on the agenda and during public hearings on ordinances.
