| Art at the Esplanade 11:00 am Art at the Esplanade @ The Esplanade Jun 4 @ 11:00 am – 5:00 pm AATE 2023 Art at the Esplanade—Sunday, June 4th Mountain Lakes will host its 3rd annual open-air art show on Sunday, June 4th from 11am – 5 pm at the base of Esplanade Park on Elm Street (just across the train tracks from The Station restaurant). Visitors will stroll the tree-lined heart of the borough, where more than 55 emerging artists will feature original paintings, pottery, jewelry, sculpture, photography, and more. All art will be available for sale. Art at the Esplanade will also feature children’s art activities coordinated by the Mountain Lakes Library. Music will be provided by Rick Winowski (Rick Winow Music). Mountain Lakes Recreation Department – Intro to Pyrography

Discover the art of woodburning in this hands-on beginner pyrography class! You’ll learn the fundamentals of pyrography, including how to safely use a woodburning tool, practice basic strokes using a variety of tips, and how to use stencils and graphite paper to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Under guided instruction, you’ll create two unique pieces to take home with a choice of small box, coaster, shelf sitter sign, or tree cookie ornament – perfect for gifting or decorating your space. Whether you’re an artist, a DIY enthusiast, or just curious to try something new, this class offers a welcoming space to heat up your creativity.
