Please take notice that the Borough Council of the Borough of Mountain Lakes will be hold a special meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 11am, as a remote Zoom meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is to adopt Resolution 137-24, authorizing payment of the bills list and Resolution 140-24, authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $5,346,760 bond anticipation notes of the Borough of Mountain Lakes. Formal action may be taken.

Additionally, in advance of the public meeting, public comments may be submitted by electronic mail or in written letter form to the Borough Clerk by 8am on the date of the meeting.   Public comments submitted through electronic mail or written letter before the remote public meeting will be read aloud and addressed during the remote public meeting in a manner audible to all meeting participants and the public listening that during remote meetings members of the public will be given an opportunity to make comments by audio or by audio and video during the public comment periods noted on the agenda and during public hearings on ordinances.
