Please note that the form will not be activated until 8:30 am on April 1st. If you have a Google Sign In, the process will be quicker, however you can sign in as a guest.

Submitted forms will be automatically time-stamped to create a first-come, first-served listing of those interested in applying for a new Rack/Ring.

A Borough employee will begin calling on or about April 4th in the order applications were received. At that time, if called, you will select a specific Rack or Ring location over the phone.

You may provide up to two phone numbers to reach you. If we cannot reach you on the phone number(s) provided, we will try you back in 5 minutes. If you are not available again, we will leave a message and you will be only able to claim a spot if one is available when you call us back.
