This is the highest point of the Boulevard, between Lake Drive and Briarcliff Road. At one time, there was a sign near the crest of the hill saying "No Passing Zone" but the town fathers had it removed. They were afraid people would assume it was all right to pass everywhere else. The trolley tracks are not visible but are up on the right where the sidewalk is today.
