1.All the boats get in a line and cross the starting line sequentially.

2.The boats must stay in line.  If a boat starts catching the boat ahead, she should luff to slow down.

3.If a boat ahead tacks, the following boat should proceed to the spot where the tack took place before tacking.

4.Racing rules apply.  A boat which commits a foul goes to the end of the line instead of doing a 720.
